Refund Policy

Print & Play Preschool sells digital products delivered by instant download. Because
digital files cannot be "returned," all sales are final and we do not offer refunds
for change of mind.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any problem —
a download that won't work, missing or corrupted pages, or a file that doesn't match
the product description — email us at hello@printandplaypreschool.com within 30 days
of purchase. We will fix the problem, replace the files, or issue a refund where
appropriate.

EU/UK customers: by completing your purchase you expressly consent to the immediate
delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of
withdrawal once the download is made available to you.
